【欧洲·保加利亚】蹈火舞仪式――保加利村庄的圣-康斯坦丁和圣-海伦娜节 Nestinarstvo, messages from the past: the Panagyr of Saints Constantine and Helena in the village of Bulgari（2009年）

保加利亚西南斯特兰扎山区保加利村的蹈火舞仪式（Nestinarstvo），是每年圣-康斯坦丁和圣-海伦娜节（6月3日、4日）仪式的高潮。这项仪式的举行旨在保障村庄的康宁和丰产。清晨，即开始隆重的祭祀和典礼仪式，在鼓和风笛的伴奏下，持有象征两个圣徒的圣像的游行队伍，向村外行进到圣水泉。在泉水所在之处，圣水和蜡烛被发给每一个在场的人，表示祝愿健康。节日在晚上的蹈火舞中达到高潮，蹈火舞是一种表示对圣徒的最高敬意的形式。人们在庄严的鼓声引导下，静默地绕着燃烧的炭灰围成一圈，蹈火者（Nestinari）开始进入圆圈，在燃烧着的灰烬上踩踏。蹈火者是心灵与身体的引导者，圣人通过蹈火者传达他们的意志。以前，附近的大约30个保加利亚和希腊的村庄都有这种仪式，今天，蹈火者仪式在保加利，一个仅有一百村民的村庄留存。然而，在这一重大节日期间，成百上千人涌向这个村庄，近年来还有许多希腊人也加入其中。

Nestinarstvo in the village of Bulgaria in the Stranraer mountains of Southwest Bulgaria is the culmination of the annual ceremonies of St. Constantine and Saint-Helena (June 3, 4th). The ceremony was held to safeguard the village's Corning and Abundance. Early in the morning, a solemn ritual and ceremony began, accompanied by drums and bagpipes, holding a procession symbolizing the icons of two saints, marching outside the village to the holy water springs. Where the springs are, holy water and candles are sent to everyone present to express their wish for health. The festival culminated in a fire dance at night, and a fire dance is a form of the highest respect for the Saints. Guided by the solemn drumbeat, people quietly circled around the burning charcoal ash, and the Nestinari began to enter the circle, trampling on the burning Ashes. The fire is the guide of the mind and body, and the Saints convey their will by the fire. In the past, this ritual was used in about 30 Bulgarian and Greek villages nearby, and today the fire is in Bulgaria, a village of just 100 villagers. However, hundreds of people have flocked to the village during this major festival, and many Greeks have joined in recent years.
