南京云锦织造技艺

云锦产于南京，因其图案美若天上的云霞而得名。因其独特的妆花工艺，位列中国三大名锦之首。

其木机妆花手工织造技艺是中国4700多年丝绸织造史中，唯一不可被机器取代，凭人的记忆编织的传统手工织造技艺。历来为皇家御用品，为皇帝“度身定织”龙袍。

南京云锦织造通过“挑花结本”、“通经断纬”“挖花盘织”等极为复杂的技艺，由熟练操作的拽花工与织手上下相互配合，大花楼木织机不停织造，一天也仅能完成5-6厘米，可谓“寸锦寸金”。云锦图案通常花形硕大，富贵逼人，色彩浓艳大胆，其运用夹金织银，以及织入缤纷的孔雀羽绒搓成的丝线的技术，使得云锦图案熠熠生辉，绮丽多姿。

Weaving Techniques of Yunjin Brocade in Nanjing

Yunjin is produced in Nanjing and is named for its beautiful patterns like clouds in the sky. Because of its unique makeup process, it ranks first among the three famous brocades in China.

In the history of silk weaving for more than 4700 years in China, its woodworking makeup and hand-weaving skills are the only traditional hand-weaving skills that can not be replaced by machines and knitted by human memory. It has always been a royal article, tailored for the emperor's dragon robe.

Nanjing Yunjin brocade weaving through the "pick-and-tie", "through warp and weft breaking", "digging and weaving" and other extremely complex skills, by skilled flower pullers and weavers up and down to cooperate with each other, Dahua Lou Wood Loom non-stop weaving, a day can only complete 5-6 centimeters, can be called "inch brocade inch gold". Cloud brocade patterns are usually large in shape, rich and impressive, colorful and bold, its use of gold and silver, as well as weaving into the colorful peacock feathers twisted silk technology, making the cloud brocade patterns shining, beautiful and colorful.
