  泰国冬阴功汤(Tom Yum Goong)于2024年12月4日被正式列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。

On December 4, 2024, UNESCO inscribed it on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity during its 19th General Assembly, making it Thailand's fifth heritage to receive this prestigious recognition
   Tom Yum soup combines Southeast Asian spices such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal, blending them with coconut milk to create a distinctive sour-spicy flavor. Its preparation process not only preserves the natural flavors of the ingredients but also incorporates time-honored health concepts, making it an iconic symbol of Thai culinary culture.
  Thai Tom Yum Goong was officially inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity on December 4, 2024.
